A lovely airport hotel
really good laundrymanicured gardensattentive staffperfect location
the really good laundry workmanship delighted me my shirts returned crisp and neat i found no stains or damage the hotel is beautiful i spent some time admiring the manicured gardens and tranquil water features the staff is excellent attentive to every need and request throughout my stay the location is just perfect providing easy access to flights and transit routes i felt at ease.
i noticed slight wear on carpets in hallways but it did not impact my visit

the beautiful suite featured distinct sitting and sleeping areas it offered ample space the bathroom included a separate tub and shower it was convenient i also noted complimentary toiletries from a reputable brand were provided.

airport transfers ran smoothly and punctually i received assistance with luggage handling upon arrival and departure early check-in at 10 am happened without any delay i am grateful the staff was responsive to all inquiries i had.

the location proved convenient for my airport access needs
the front desk staff seemed biased i noticed some customers received preferential treatment it seemed quite arbitrary also housekeeping was surprisingly slow my room lacked supplies for double occupancy despite the reservation being for two guests

the breakfast was reasonably priced and tasted okay.
the room i was initially given smelled strongly, maybe mold was present. i requested another room and the new one was slightly better, but the strange smell still lingered. it's disappointing when a hotel can't even get the basics right like fresh-smelling rooms.

the suite was very spacious and clean. it featured two tvs, allowing different people to watch different things. the bathroom was luxurious, with dual sinks. the shower had excellent water pressure and heated up quickly.
prices seemed high inside compared to the surrounding area. i was quoted 2200 rupees for a taxi to the airport. uber charged only 130 rupees.

the gym was the best i have ever used in a hotel. it was equipped with the latest high-tech equipment. i could sync my apple watch with the treadmill.

The nyc restaurant had a breakfast and dinner buffet. the menu varied daily. it offered a wide range of dishes including continental, indian, italian, and asian cuisines. The food was AMAZING!!!
